Isedua Oribhabor
Isedua Oribhabor is the Business and Human Rights Manager at Access Now, a global NGO dedicated to defending and extending the digital rights of users at risk. Her work centers on corporate accountability for human rights in the digital age. As BHR Manager, Isedua advocates for corporate policies and practices that prioritize people over profit.Previously, she served as an Ella Baker intern at the Center for Constitutional Rights, where she researched corporate influence on the U.S. legislative process. She also worked at the Auschwitz Institute for the Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities, focusing on genocide prevention in South and Southeast Asia. Additionally, Isedua provided wills and estates support to low-income New Yorkers through the Planning & Estates Law Project at the NYC Bar Association. Isedua is a member of the Blacks of the American Society of International Law (BASIL) and the NYC Bar Association’s International Human Rights Committee. She is also the incoming co-chair of the NYC Bar’s Business and Human Rights Committee. Isedua earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School in New York, a master’s degree in International and European Business Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, and her Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
Natasha Olinger
Natasha Olinger helps small and mid-sized nonprofits enhance and streamline their operations departments, focusing on the development of finance and human resource systems. She balances adherence to best practices with staff usability and utilizes evolving online solutions to minimize paperwork. Natasha has held administrative roles in various nonprofits addressing a wide range of issues, including genocide prevention, civil rights, women’s rights, progressive organizing, and drug policy.Currently, she consults with nonprofits to simplify their organizational operations by consolidating functions to streamline finance and human resource processes. Her previous positions include Chief of Staff at the Marijuana Policy Project, Director of Administration at the New Organizing Institute, Operations Manager at the Washington, DC Economic Partnership, Director of Operations at KARAMAH: Muslim Women Lawyers for Human Rights, and Operations Manager at both the Secular Coalition for America and the Save Darfur Coalition.Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Eastern New Mexico.
Pat Zerega
Pat Zerega served as the Director of Shareholder Advocacy for Mercy Investment Services prior to her retirement in 2024. With three decades of experience in corporate social responsibility, she has held positions at Mercy, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and as an independent consultant. Previously, she directed the AIDS Interfaith Care Teams in Pittsburgh and led the Christian Service Department of the Archdiocese of Detroit. Pat has served on the boards of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility, GoodWeave USA, and Residential Care Services. She is the recipient of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility’s Legacy Award, which honors individuals whose work is rooted in a strong moral foundation and has influenced corporate policies.Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from West Virginia University, along with a certificate in Organizational Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
